The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and essential cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The apartment features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out single mattress that can be easily extended to create a double bed, making it ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, perfect for restful nights.

The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, along with fresh towels and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Step outside to the pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunshine during the day or a BBQ in the evening. Outdoor seating makes it a lovely spot for breakfast or relaxing under the stars.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and cozy apartment just minutes from Costa da Caparica’s long sandy beaches, ideal for swimming, surfing, and sunbathing. Guests can explore the scenic coastal promenade, enjoy fresh seafood at nearby beachside restaurants, and visit local cafés and markets. The area also offers bike paths, walking trails along the cliffs, and water sports activities. With Lisbon city center only a short drive away, it’s a perfect base for combining beach relaxation with cultural and urban experiences.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Lisbon airport is an 25-minute drive from the property.

his property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
