The condo is fully updated and is excellent! The primary bedroom, den and kitchen areas are all huge. The primary bathroom and walk in closet area is also massive. The condo is on the 7th floor and has a great view of the pools, lazy river and the Gulf.
The condo owners are super kind and very accessible. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Our stay at Caribe Condo D714 was outstanding. The condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an oversized balcony offering breathtaking water views and unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.
The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms made our stay especially convenient. Resort amenities were excellent, including pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a fitness center, and easy beach access. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching boats pass through Perdido Pass.
The location is ideal—close to restaurants and attractions while remaining peaceful and relaxing. The property was well maintained, and the entire experience felt luxurious.
Caribe D714 is a fantastic choice for a family getaway. We made wonderful memories and look forward to returning. Highly recommended! 🌴☀️

The condo and resort were really above all my expectations. Everything was well kept and ready for us to arrive. Very clean, very easy to get to and enjoyed by everyone in our group. We visited the indoor, outdoor pool,lazy river and used the boat slip in the marina. We didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant on the grounds but it seems to have a great menu.

Our stay at Condo Caribe D714 exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and the pass. The spacious layout, beautiful décor, and floor-to-ceiling windows created the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The oversized balcony quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
The condo was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and having private bathrooms for each bedroom made it ideal for our family and guests.
The resort amenities were outstanding. The pools, lazy river, waterslides, marina, and fitness facilities provided endless entertainment for both adults and children. There was truly something for everyone, and we never ran out of activities to enjoy.
What really set this property apart was the attention to detail and the seamless rental experience. Communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling like a peaceful getaway. Guests consistently praise the beautiful views, family-friendly atmosphere, and exceptional comfort, and we completely agree.
