Our holiday home impressed our customers and received excellent reviews. We are pleased to inform you that e-domizil has awarded us the "Top Landlord Award 2024"! This award is an incentive for us to continue to offer you a perfect stay at Casa Adelizia in the future.charming 2-room flat (31m²): Cosy, lovingly and individually furnished with: 1 double bedroom (2 mattresses), cosy small living-dining room, separate small modern kitchen (2 hotplates), bathroom with shower bath and WC, radio and satellite TV. The flat is absolutely quiet, yet centrally located. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. The bakery is also 8 minutes' walk away, as is the Migros supermarket, pharmacy and Il Gatto theatre. The public swimming pool is just a 12-minute walk away and you can jump into the lake. Why not visit the Adelizia in spring or autumn, when it's not so hot and there aren't so many tourists around. The Christmas-lit piazza in Ascona is particularly atmospheric! Why not visit our hotel during the carnival season - the weather is usually fine, so you can sip your cappuccino outside. And don't worry: it's also suitable for those who don't like carnival, as dressing up is not a must but a can, and is also ideal for guests without their own car, as the buses take you to all the valleys, where you can enjoy a wonderful walk and then take the bus back again. The journeys are even more relaxing than in your own car! Wifi is of course available free of charge.Other sports and leisure activities: Jogging along the MaggiaOther living room facilities (living room1): The living room has a dining table by the window with 2 comfortable chairs and a cosy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed by pulling it out.Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): The double bed has 2 mattresses.Other kitchen equipment (kitchen1): As of 2018, the flat is equipped with a modern Bauknecht kitchen.Sports facilities in the area: mountaineering, golf course, climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling tours, skiing (alpine), sports centre, tennis, sailing.
