Kelly was patient with all my questions & quick replies. The apartment was exactly as described. Very quiet area literally less than a 5 minute drive to Sherkston shores. Walmart was less than 15 min away & nearby was a bakery with fresh made bread. I would give this place 4.75⭐️ - only because the queen bed was medium firmness (which she did tell me about) & me/my hubby prefer firm. The place was very clean except for many wall corners that needed a little extra attention with the vacuum. The electronic rain shower head was wonderful. It had great pressure & the shower area was huge! I would for sure recommend this rental to everyone. Thank you Kelly for a wonderful couple of days stay at your rental. Wishing you continued success!

Even though the area was in the basement, it didn’t feel like it at all. Rooms were clean. Owners allow you to smoke outside. Be aware the second bedroom is the TV room and you sleep on a couch bed. That room has the only tv so if you use it as an adult bedroom it pretty much makes it useless as a TV room. We didn’t watch any TV so it wasn’t a problem. It is a 25 minute ride to the falls, 5 min to the beach on Erie. Check in and out is a breeze.

The property listed was everything we expected and received. Everything was clean and organized. Instructions prior to checking in were spot on. There were instructions for what to do at the end of our stay. We enjoyed the coffee, tea and eggs by her chickens. There was plenty of privately as we had two couples staying together. Overall was a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

The rental was beautiful. You forget you are in a basement because of the size and tall ceilings. We loved having our bedroom separate from the kids(theater room). Unfortunately the weather was terrible so we didn't get to enjoy the outside. The owners were very friendly and even gave us fresh eggs for breakfast. We have stayed at lots of vrbos but this was our first in Canada and our first basement. It was surprisingly quiet and the only thing we heard was the dog occasionally running. The only negatives were the bed was pretty squeaky and it wasnt as clean as we are used to. The basics were clean but the corners and edges of the floor had a fair amount of dirt piled up especially in the theater room and laundry. Overall, it was still a great stay! Would definitely stay there again if in the area.
