Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, this comfortable, open-plan apartment at Peregian Court Resort is the perfect base for families or friends. The living, dining, and kitchen area opens onto a balcony with ocean views — a lovely spot to catch the sunrise with your morning coffee.

Freshly updated with new bedroom carpet throughout, the apartment is bright, clean and cheerful, spread across three bedrooms plus a European-style laundry located half a level up. The main bedroom has an ensuite with an open-plan design — a glass shower screen rather than an enclosed door, in keeping with the relaxed resort feel.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the apartment is kept comfortable year-round with reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Cool off in the resort's communal pool after a day at the beach, or fire up the complex BBQ for an easy outdoor dinner.

Sleeping up to 6 guests across a queen, two singles, and a single-with-trundle, this apartment comes with bed linen and bath towels included. Parking is covered either way — with a single carport plus free street parking available.
