You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs and parasol. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 cots and TV. American kitchen in the living room / bedroom with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and with enough dishes, glasses and all things that are available in a normal kitchen. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Westerland/Sylt, district of Tinnum. The holiday flat is situated on an enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house contains a total of 4 flats:

Ground floor: 2 flats, each with 1 bedroom with a double bed and, additionally, a sofa bed in the living room.

On the 1st floor: 2 flats, each with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The flat is not on the main road but set back in the second row, and is therefore very quiet. In the immediate vicinity there is an ALDI, a fresh produce market with bakery and, approx. 900 metres away, a dog run where you can also let your dog off the lead. Access is via a field or forest road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
