All areas of the home and property are open for guests use, except 2 rooms (1 on main level and one on 2nd level). They are labeled and locked for owners private items.

Located in a quiet residential area of Blacksburg, with just 2 minutes away for easy access to downtown and about 15 minutes by car for regional travel. Guests can park comfortably on the paved driveway, with additional street parking available along the curb if needed.

Place trash in bins on the south side of the house (beside the back porch). Trash collection occurs early Tuesday morning. Please place bins on the street Monday evening (recycle is picked up every other week). No plastic bags in recycle bins, please.

-To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained.

-Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety.

-Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
