Visitor’s tax/lodging tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/lodging tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

The vacation rental is located in the Wendorf neighborhood.
It has a separate entrance and is in a quiet location.
The Baltic Sea is just a 10-minute walk away (800 m). By car, the popular beaches at Wohlenberger Wiek or the resort town of Zierow are only a few minutes away.
A large shopping center and a restaurant are only 300–500 meters away (Markkauf, Schauer, Roller, dm-Markt, etc.).
The city center and the harbor are about 3 km away.
There is regular bus service, and new bike paths lead to all the beaches.
The old town of the Hanseatic city of Wismar is an UNESCO World Heritage Site with many attractions.
A large indoor swimming pool—Wonnemar Wismar—is also available for your use.
