The City of Schwerin levies a tourist tax/overnight stay tax of 7% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax is not based on the number of people, guests in the city of Schwerin are not issued a visitor’s card.

The Schlosspark-Center, one of the city’s most popular shopping centers, is also just around the corner.
A private parking space right next to the apartment is included—a rare convenience in the heart of the Old Town!
