Welcome to the “Seehuus” in Greetsiel—your vacation home in a stunning location, just a few steps from the dike and the swimming lake. With approximately 90 square meters of space, a cozy, well-furnished semi-detached home awaits you for a relaxing vacation. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living room and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. A guest restroom rounds out the amenities on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with large closets and a modern bathroom with natural light. Another highlight is the attic, where you’ll find a recreation room with a foosball table—ideal for social evenings or for the kids. Outside, you’ll find two garden areas—one features a fenced-in lawn with a patio, which is especially appreciated by dog owners. In the second area, you can enjoy the view of the dike and relax on the sun loungers. A garden shed for your bicycles is available, as is a parking space directly in front of the house. Take advantage of the house’s location right on the dike for long walks to the harbor or the idyllic town center.
