For two people, staying at TinyHome means closeness and taking time to pause, enjoying each other’s company in a relaxed setting.
Everything is within easy reach in every direction—whether it’s the marina with its charming promenade, the fishing harbor, a trip to the bakery or supermarket, or a cappuccino or espresso at one of the nearby cafés.
The restaurant scene in Heiligenhafen is becoming more and more of a highlight to look forward to. Everything is within walking distance, so if you want, your car can take a vacation. A parking space is available for that purpose.
TinyHome makes relaxed communal living possible even in a small living space. To maximize space and freedom of movement, no dividing walls were installed in the bathroom area. The toilet area is separated from it.
The layout: Kitchen/Living/Dining and Sleeping/Living/Bathroom. The two rooms—separated by a door—also allow for separate work in a home office.
TinyHome is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Original artwork hangs on the walls. You won’t find any labeled beach, nautical, or ocean-themed items here.
Instead, the kitchen-dining area offers plenty of space with a large table and comfortable chairs. The new kitchenette is equipped with all appliances and utensils.
Of course, the apartment is equipped with two smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a radio/Bluetooth.
TinyHome sleeps up to 3 people. The bedroom features a high-quality double box-spring bed (160x200 cm). The kitchen/living/dining area has a modern couch with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a fully functional bed (150 x 200) in a matter of seconds.
The standard occupancy is for 2 people. However, the sofa bed provides an escape option if your roommate’s snoring gets too loud. Additionally, in exceptional cases, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults for an extra charge. Each room has 2 windows equipped with pleated blinds for privacy and to block out light.
The fully glass-enclosed, walk-in shower and the sink are located in the bedroom area. The small restroom area, featuring a Geberit toilet and hand sink, is completely separated from the sleeping area by a sliding door system with sandblasted glass.
The parking space belonging to the property is within walking distance (approx. 300 m). Loading and unloading can be done in front of the house. With the mobilet parking app, you can also park in front of the house for up to 2 hours.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking accommodation.
