Our 90-square-meter vacation home in Tinnum, completed in 2023, offers the perfect base for any vacation.

The newly built section of the house, completed in 2023 "Haus Möhre" offers space for 4–6 people (maximum 4 adults plus 2 children) to relax, making it ideal for a family getaway. Surrounded by warm colors, light-filled rooms, and high-quality furnishings, you’ll experience that authentic cozy Sylt atmosphere, allowing you to escape the stress of everyday life. Located on the outskirts of Westerland, you’ll be away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet still in a central location.
Across three tastefully and lovingly furnished floors, you’ll experience the cozy charm of Sylt. The living area is flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, and the warm color accents and hardwood floors with underfloor heating throughout the house create a welcoming atmosphere. Relax on the cozy couch nook, play cards together at the table, or cook your favorite meal in the high-quality kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. The dining table seats up to six people, and from there you can step out onto the spacious, furnished terrace (open from April through October). The terrace faces west and offers plenty of privacy. On this floor, you’ll also find a small guest restroom.
Haus Möhre also features a spacious bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. The large and comfortable box-spring bed by Dieter Knoll invites you to relax after a long day at the beach and long walks. There’s plenty of space for your clothes in the custom-built wall of closets. Next to the bedroom is a spacious and bright bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet. The natural light and the light-colored natural stone tiles bring that cozy Sylt vibe into the bathroom as well. There is also a small utility room with a washer and dryer.
The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and also features a cozy box-spring bed, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet. The bathroom—a small oasis of well-being of its own, with natural light, light-colored limestone tiles, a bathtub, and a shower.
The loft offers a cozy retreat, especially for Sylt’s youngest visitors.
There is a parking space for your car right next to “Haus Möhre.” You’re also welcome to bring your four-legged friend—dogs are very welcome here.
