Our new vacation home, "Vista 12," is located in a very quiet area in a traditional vacation home neighborhood on Schollenweg. With approximately 110 square meters of living space, it serves as a stylish and high-end vacation home, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. The three bedrooms, each featuring comfortable box-spring beds—two on the first floor and one in the attic—are particularly well-suited for this purpose. The two modern bathrooms with natural light and walk-in showers also offer additional comfort. The heart of the home is the light-filled and spacious living and dining area with a sofa suite and a top-of-the-line built-in kitchen—ideal for social evenings. A storage room with a washing machine is also available. The fenced-in garden with a large terrace invites you to relax in the fresh North Sea air, and your four-legged companions are also welcome here! The outdoor area also features a storage room for bicycles and a parking space for one car.
