Also on this level are the modern bathroom with natural light and the spacious, bright living and dining area with an adjoining kitchenette. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There’s also a separate restroom here, ensuring convenience and short distances. A real highlight is the small garden with a terrace, which invites you to relax outdoors. For a house in such a central location, this is a real gem. You’re just a few steps away from the harbor, the historic alleyways, and the restaurants, yet the cul-de-sac location offers a quiet retreat.
