This comfortable two-room vacation apartment on the first floor, featuring a south-facing sun terrace, is furnished in a modern yet cozy style and accommodates up to three people.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave with crisp function, dishwasher, and refrigerator, will help you feel right at home.
The inviting living room, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, is also equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. For entertainment, you’ll find a TV, a stereo system, a collection of games, and reading material.
From the living room, you can step out onto the large south-facing terrace with a beach chair and comfortable patio furniture, which you can enjoy in the sunshine from April through October. The vacation rental is non-smoking and features a free Wi-Fi hotspot.
In the bedroom, featuring a double bed and a large closet, you’ll enjoy the restful sleep you need to recharge.
In the basement of the house, there is a laundry and drying room with coin-operated machines. You can also store your bicycles there.
At the “Dünenschloss,” you can take care of your health in the wellness area, which features a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room.
The swimming pool is closed during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks due to maintenance work.
The swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room are not included in the rental agreement but may be used free of charge.
Please note that during peak season, it is necessary to book a continuous stay or to leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
An electric car charging station/wall box is available in the parking lot. Charging is possible via app or RFID charging card; the maximum charging time is 4 hours. Please vacate the charging spot promptly after the charging process is complete to make room for other users.
Both electricity costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
