The technical amenities—including a 4K OLED smart TV, Wi-Fi and streaming capabilities, a SONOS surround sound system, and adjustable ambient lighting—are top-of-the-line. A variety of books and a collection of games are also available. No one will ever get bored here.

Whether it’s a Nespresso coffee machine or a wine cooler, all the appliances and utensils you’d expect for a high-quality vacation are provided. Nothing stands in the way of culinary enjoyment. The dining area in the living room, with its comfortable seating and extendable dining table, ensures just that. Why not invite vacation acquaintances or friends here for a pleasant get-together? A washing machine is also conveniently integrated into the kitchen.
The cozy bathroom, featuring a window, a walk-in rain shower, illuminated mirror panels, and a towel warmer, invites you to relax even on gloomier days.
The Seewind 2 vacation rental features a comfortable, raised double bed (180x200) in the bedroom. Entertainment features include a 4K OLED smart TV, SONOS sound system, and lighting elements. Electric roller shutters, insect screens on the balcony door, and automated lighting… all included, of course. The balcony invites you to start the day with a cup of coffee while breathing in the fresh sea air or to relax and wind down on balmy summer evenings.
A private underground parking space just a few meters from the apartment is included. Pets of any kind are not permitted, and this is, of course, a non-smoking apartment. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony.
