The living-dining area is spacious and, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows facing south and west, is bright and inviting. A large table with comfortable armchairs provides ample seating. The open-concept kitchen, with white countertops, is equipped with high-quality appliances: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker. The living area is comfortable and elegantly furnished. A smart flat-screen TV leaves nothing to be desired. Connect directly via Bluetooth from your smartphone and listen to your own music. The south- and west-facing terraces can be accessed from both sides of the living room. The sun greets guests at midday and in the evening. A large table with four chairs invites you to spend cozy hours there. A wide awning and a patio heater round out the amenities on the terrace.
An outdoor kitchen awaits you on the south-facing terrace: Here you can, for example, wash vegetables, meat, and fruit and prepare them for cooking.
