Just a few meters from the beach (approx. 150 m), you can easily walk from here to all the popular cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and lounges along the Scharbeutz Dune Mile or the promenade in Timmendorfer Strand. This special location ensures plenty of peace and quiet for relaxation, even during peak season. The west-facing loggia is perfect for sunny afternoons and evenings.
