This cozy vacation rental is located on the 4th floor of Building An in the Heiligenhafen Vacation Park and is easily accessible by elevator. With 45 square meters of space, it accommodates up to 4 people. The balcony, with a view of the quiet courtyard and the inland lake, is perfect for relaxing.
The living/sleeping area is equipped with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. There is also a separate children’s room with a bunk bed and an additional TV.
The kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and a towel warmer.
The vacation park offers numerous recreational activities, including the “Aktiv-Hus” with a swimming pool, sauna, and wellness area, as well as a children’s play area. The beach is approximately 300 m away. Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed. Parking is available behind the vacation park, and bicycle storage rooms are provided.
Due to an ongoing technical inspection of the facade, the loggias and balconies facing the inner courtyard may not be used until further notice.The property management has already commissioned a specialized engineering firm to conduct the assessment. As soon as new information regarding the next steps becomes available, it will be announced accordingly.
