The small, comfortable apartment complex is located right next to the dune belt, the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, and the “Dune Mile” with its lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops. It’s just a few meters to the beach access point, where a section of the beach is patrolled seasonally by the DLRG.
