Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

This comfortable vacation rental is located in Wismar’s Old Town. The apartment was renovated in January 2024. The Old Harbor, the city center, and the St. George’s, Holy Spirit, and St. Mary’s churches are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Our wellness center is located right next door, where, as our guest, you’ll receive a 10% discount on all treatments.
Our vacation rental:
The apartment measures 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a daybed, a living area with a TV and a double sofa bed, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and coffee maker, a storage room, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features a green outdoor area with a south-facing terrace and matching patio furniture with cushions.
Wi-Fi is available for internet access. Free parking is available nearby (Weidendamm).
