The stylish "Frische Brise" vacation home offers approximately 100 m² of living space spread across three levels, featuring high-quality amenities and ample room for up to six people. Here, you’ll find a tasteful blend of modern design and a cozy atmosphere. The living area features warm wood accents, high-quality wood-look vinyl plank flooring, and a comfortable upholstered seating area that invites you to relax. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of natural light floods into the house, creating a bright, welcoming environment. From the sofa, you can enjoy a direct view of the furnished patio and the adjacent garden area—a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. A patio umbrella provides pleasant shade, and a gas grill is ready for convivial barbecue evenings.
Entertainment is also taken care of: An HD TV and a DVD recorder are, of course, provided. The vacation home is particularly well-suited for families and small groups, as it features three cozy bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, while the attic offers another bedroom with a double bed as well as a room with two single beds. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge. The spacious windows in the bedrooms offer wonderful views and let in plenty of natural light. Blackout curtains and pleated blinds ensure restful nights.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers offer plenty of space for the whole family. Here, you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day. Both bathrooms are equipped with a towel warmer, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and toilet. Additionally, a guest restroom is available on the first floor.
The large, fully equipped U-shaped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you’ll find high-quality, quiet appliances—including a washing machine—as well as plenty of space for culinary creativity. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to six people. The entryway features a convenient coat closet, and next to the kitchen, a small storage room provides additional space for household items.
Thanks to the central location, the harbor is just 200 meters away, while the pier and the beach are about 900 meters away. These short distances allow you to enjoy a particularly relaxing vacation without having to travel long distances. From May 15 through September 15, a complimentary seasonal beach chair is available so you can enjoy your day at the beach to the fullest.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in the garden area. A parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height 1.95 m) is reserved for you. Additional parking is available in public lots in the immediate vicinity. For active guests, there is a lockable bicycle storage room next to the underground garage where you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes. Pets are welcome upon request and for a fee. Please note that this is a smoke-free property.
