Location
This vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor (which, of course, can be reached from the underground parking garage (clearance height 2.12 m) via an elevator), in a central location, just a short walk from the beach and the beach promenade (approx. 200 m), as well as the Dünenmeile with its lovely cafés, restaurants, and shops. The spa gardens are also just a few steps away. Here you’ll find: a challenging mini-golf course, fitness equipment, lounge chairs, a beautiful view of the wonderfully landscaped pond, and a children’s playground for our little ones. A nearby bakery is also within easy walking distance.

The living area is flooded with natural light. Here you’ll find a very attractive kitchen equipped with brand-name appliances, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, and much more. The dining area offers plenty of space for 6 people. The living area is furnished with a corner leather sofa, an armchair, a table, and a sideboard, as well as a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and a Bose Wave sound system. The three bedrooms—two with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m)—each feature a flat-screen TV and a spacious closet. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. There are two shower bathrooms; the large, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a heated towel rack. The second shower bathroom is also equipped with a shower. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. On the magnificent rooftop terrace facing south, west, and north, you’ll find tables, plenty of chairs, and lounge chairs.

During beach chair season (May 15 – September 15), a free beach chair is available to you on the beach for the duration of your stay. A travel crib, a high chair, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. There is a covered parking area for your bicycles in front of the house.
