This inviting vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful residential complex near the center of Scharbeutz. It’s in a quiet yet central location; the beautiful beach, the spa gardens, and the Dünenmeile with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away. An underground parking space ensures safe parking for your car, and the elevator takes you conveniently to the first floor, where your “Riviera” apartment is located.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a breakfast bar and two chairs. The living-dining area is bright and inviting. The living area offers two comfortable lounge chairs and a sofa. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with twin mattresses (0.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. There is also a flat-screen TV in the bedroom. The bathroom features, among other things, a spacious, floor-to-ceiling shower and an additional towel warmer. There is a storage room housing a washer with a dryer function.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and privacy and light-blocking window coverings on all windows. The covered balcony invites you to relax.
