With approximately 74 m² of living space on the first floor, the Gutshaus No. 1 vacation apartment offers plenty of room for up to four people. The manor house, a cultural monument from the second half of the 18th century built in the half-timbered style, combines historic charm with modern furnishings. Rumor has it that Catherine the Great once stayed here.
The tastefully decorated living area features an open layout and is equipped with a cozy couch, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing with streaming entertainment. Large windows flood the apartment with natural light and offer a direct view of the fishing village of Heiligenhafen.
The vacation apartment is particularly well-suited for families, as it features two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed (180x200) and features impressive historic stucco decor and a fireplace (not in use). This room serves as a walk-through to the second bedroom, which features a bunk bed (each 90x200). Blackout pleated blinds and curtains ensure the room is comfortably darkened for a restful night’s sleep. Hypoallergenic bedding, towel sets, a travel crib (without bedding), and a high chair can be added to your reservation for a fee.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a sink, and a toilet. A separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is available to guests of the manor house on the first floor.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring original mosaic tile flooring, adjoins the living area and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The dining area is integrated here, ensuring you don’t have to compromise on homey comfort even while on vacation. A furnished terrace with a parasol invites you to relax, and barbecuing is also possible.
