The Froschkoje luxury vacation apartment is located right in the heart of Heiligenhafen, in the new fishing village of Heiligenhafen. This stylish and sophisticated residential complex offers the highest standard of living in the heart of the historic old town.
With approximately 61 m² of living space, the duplex apartment spans two levels—the first floor and the attic—and offers ample space for up to four people. The modern furnishings, accented with unique touches, give the apartment a special charm. In the attic, the tastefully designed living area with mango wood furnishings serves as the centerpiece. An HD TV and Wi-Fi are available. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the furnished west-facing balcony from the sofa and armchairs.
The apartment is particularly suitable for families and couples, as it features two bedrooms located on the first floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed, while the second offers a maxi bunk bed (up to 120 kg per bed). A travel crib and high chair can be rented for a fee. Large windows offer numerous views and let plenty of light into the rooms. Curtains and pleated blinds provide privacy and ensure restful nights.
The bathroom with a shower is conveniently accessible from the bedrooms. An electric towel warmer, hair dryer, and makeup mirror provide additional comfort. Next to the bathroom is a small storage room for the vacuum cleaner and other items.
The stairs lead up to the attic, where you’ll find the open, fully equipped kitchen with a BORA cooktop extractor and the adjacent dining area. The dining table extends to 2.20 m, providing space for impromptu guests or friends. The living area opens directly onto the west-facing balcony, which is furnished. Here, you can enjoy the sun or relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine or use the electric grill. An infrared heater provides pleasant warmth for longer evenings.
Should the weather ever be uncooperative, a variety of games and books are available in a cozy reading nook. For quick errands or culinary delights, the harbor is just 200 m away. The pier and beach are about 900 m away, and a free seasonal beach chair (May 15–September 14) is available on the beach. Short distances make your stay especially pleasant.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A parking space in the underground garage (max. car height 2 m) is designated accordingly in the fishing village. For active guests, there is a lockable bicycle storage room next to the underground parking garage where you can safely store your bicycles or e-bikes. Pets are not allowed.
