On the first floor, several large living areas include a living room opening onto a balcony with a dining area, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with appliances, and a large dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a table seating up to 10 people. It also provides direct access to the garden, which features a trampoline, outdoor play equipment for children, and a dining area with a barbecue under a two-hundred-year-old linden tree. In addition, the house offers an entrance hall with a wardrobe for bags, shoes, and coats, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, a desk area, and an en-suite shower room.
