Make it super clear that this place is not for those that have ADA issues! Also, have cleaning crew empty garbage. We had to take our garbage to the dump and other private dumpsters and risk ourselves to take our garbage away. There is only one day garbage pickup. And that was Monday. Does not bode well at the end of weekend when the people on Thursday and cleaning crew filled ours and the neighbors garbage cans. The kitchen needs floor mats!
