Located in a quieter section of the bustling Sandwall, the Klaar Kiming house is right in front of the beach promenade. In just a few minutes, you’ll be right in the heart of the action, where you can visit the many friendly cafés and restaurants, browse the small shops, or enjoy yourself at Aqua Föhr. The house features a washer and dryer, available for shared use for a small fee. From the basement, you can also access the promenade and the beach directly through a second entrance (open from Easter through the end of October, weather permitting). The apartments here offer a magnificent view of the sea, and you can watch the ferries, the seagulls, and the ebb and flow of the tide from the balcony or terrace.
The Meerblick 1c apartment (approx. 33 m²) is located on the first floor of the building and invites you to enjoy wonderful vacation days right on the beach.
