The house was perfect! Clean. Updated with lots of amenities. Plenty of linens and towels and kitchen needs. Beds were comfortable and furniture was clean. Lots of outdoor seating and lake toys to use. The host was quick to respond with questions and clarifications. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! We were two families with young adult children (18-26) - 12 of us all together. The kitchen was incredible for meal prep. We ate all but one meal at the house and found the supplies to be way above the standard. Our kids loved the coffee station, the beverage fridges on both floors and the ice machines! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious for all of us. We enjoyed watching FIFA soccer in nearly every room in the house (more TVs than we could even use). We rented a boat and jet skis during the week. Despite the very low water level we were still able to enjoy the water every day. We loved the kayaks and SUPs as well, We also found a great park near Rocky Mount for pickleball. We had one small issue with an unidentified alarm (ended up being a freezer filter alert) and the host was immediately responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and basic starters (soap, shampoo, laundry, dish soap) were provided. Expect to replenish toilet paper/paper towel towards end of week if you are a large group - but honestly there was already a lot there!.We have a very memorable week! It was our first trip to SML and we would love to come back.

Wonderful location for our family gathering for a wedding! Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen area with the incredible island allowed us to spend many hours working and visiting - all in the same room! What a treat!
