The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained, gated complex and offers direct access to a sunny south-facing terrace. Thanks to the wide awning, you can comfortably enjoy the outdoors here all year round. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room with a comfortable seating area, a Samsung smart TV with Dutch channels and Netflix, and, of course, high-speed Wi-Fi.
