Simple clutter-free, 2-bedroom 1st floor private apartment near UPMC state of the art medical center. Located right downtown....AMC movie theatre , Community Theatre League, Community Arts Center only a few blocks away within walking distance. Close to Penn College and Lycoming College, too!

"Local Farmers Market" every Saturday morning 8-noon... corner of William St and Little League BLVD.
Less than 3 miles to International Little League World Series. See Guide Book for many State Park and hiking areas near by. Pine Creek is great for Kayaking and hiking as well.
Parking on off street driveway .. Uber services for travel to and from local pubs and restaurants, if needed.

The TV is a smart TV with ROKU for Netflix or any other subscriptions you may have for watching videos and streaming.

Cute and well decorated place in walking distance to many restaurants. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets if needed. Kitchen had the supplies needed for us to make our breakfast. For anyone staying, the apartment is inset from the adjacent building, so a little hard to see as you are arriving, but immediately next to the parking lot. There is parking for two cars (almost like a driveway) in the front. Shower was very small. I’m about 5’6” average size, and I was fine, but banged my arm once turning around. We had a very nice weekend stay! Place was clean and quiet and we had no issues. Thanks!
