The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/lodging tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

This thoughtfully designed, stylish, and cozy apartment is located on the top floor and has been furnished for you in a Nordic-maritime style. High-quality materials and furnishings create a soothing and harmonious atmosphere. With two separate, fully equipped bedrooms, we offer plenty of space for up to 4 guests across a spacious 66 m² of living area. On the port side, you can watch the activity along the lively harbor promenade—from the Gothic “Wassertor” (Water Gate), the old harbor gate in the northwest of the city’s historic center, past the mooring of the “Wissemara,” our famous, historically accurate replica of a medieval Hanseatic cog, all the way to the well-known “Baumhaus” museum, from where the harbor entrance was once protected from danger by a barrier chain made of tree trunks. To starboard, your gaze sweeps beyond the Old Harbor and far into Wismar Bay.
