Location is convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast experience was great because of the view on the 11th floor where breakfast was served. This help make up a little for the city view I had paid for.
I only gave 4 star overall rating because of my room view. I had reserved a room with a city view. But when checking in was given a room on the second floor looking at the side of the building and accumulated garbage from renovation work.
The good news is when I called for my city view room, I was moved to the 9th floor with a sliver of a view of the city between two buildings. Not what I paid for. Then at breakfast the next day I realized I should have been on the other side of the building for city view I paid for.
