All the modern must-haves are here to make your holiday hassle-free, but for the ultimate laid-back break, there’s a popular bar/restaurant on the ground floor of the building. When the day is done, a comfortable double bedroom beckons – a shower room serves to kick-start your mornings.


Just a few steps from your holiday bolthole, St Ives Harbour has a soft, sandy beach at low tide while the wharf that edges it is home to bustling shops, pubs, cafes and galleries. Cobbled streets lead across town to other pristine beaches, the grassy Island headland and the iconic Tate St Ives gallery – you’ll never be bored! Hop on a boat excursion and you’ll get a fresh new view of this favourite holiday hot spot; if you’d prefer to stay on dry land, the historic mining town of St Just is 15 miles away and Land’s End is a further 6 miles on.
