El Mouradi Hotel Africa Tunis

We liked the location of the hotel which was secured and there was Forieng Ministry and France embassy on the same road so we felt the location was safe.The police officers were standign all night and day in that street only. And the hotel had good comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was also good and helpful. With limited English skills though. Our room was spacious and good. and clean. The hotel reception arranged a car with driver for us upon our request to visit Sidi Bou Said city and Carthage and the driver was good in English and nature. He was very helpful in riding us on all those destinations and waited for us there. It was a good experience

Within the price we paid for this hotel, we were expecting the breakfast included but it was not included in our pacakge. and we experienced paying for breakfast for one day only and there was not much good options at the breakfast at all. I asked them to micrwave my oats and they did not do it properly even. Thet did not have tea, coffee, material available in the room with the kettle. There were no basic toiletiers placed in the toilet. There was just one soap and small shampo. They only gave one bathroom instead of two. The cafe/bar at the hotel reception was surprisingly overpriced (they gave one bottle of water for 9 Derham while it was for 1 Derham in outside market on the same road). The cafe inside was overprices and I would not recommend anyone to trust on thier prices at all.

location is perfect , people are friendly

Exceptional Super friendly staff, they are all so kind and always ready to support you by heart. Spacious and super clean room. Excellent location on the main avenue and close to old city. Excellent and delicious breakfast. Very strong WiFi.

Amenities in the hotel is a bit poor. In the room, the Amenities is less than basic for 5 starts hotel. Just kettle, fridge, towels, soap and shampoo. I asked for iron in the room, they said its unavailable and the only way is to use there laundry services instead. Its mentioned that pants press available, but unfortunately its not at all. Noises from most places in the same floor and service room, although i was on 12th floor. The decorations and furniture is bit old, but in good condition.
