Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved.
The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well.

Superb accommodation in the centre of Naples. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served at a cafe just around the corner. Veronica was very helpful with booking taxis and all communication. Would definitely recommend
