Located on the 4th floor of the Granitz building, this approximately 62 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 people. Here, the play of colors found in the sand is echoed throughout the apartment, with soft tones reflected in the decor. The windowsills in the two bedrooms are positioned and decorated with cozy cushions so that you can sit comfortably, a glass of wine in hand, and watch the waves play. A cozy kitchen-living room invites you to cook. You can also enjoy your dinner on the balcony while taking in the ocean view. A free parking space is guaranteed. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The “Granitz” house is the first completed house in the entire Block III in Prora. How did this house get its name? The Granitz hunting lodge, a popular destination for day trips, was the first structure built in the Granitz forest area. That is why the first house in this block bears this name.
