Whether it’s spring, summer, fall, or winter, Prora offers a relaxing vacation for young and old alike thanks to its location right by the sea, the well-developed promenade leading to Binz, the small cafés and restaurants with delicious food, and the high ropes course right outside the door.
You can reach the lovingly furnished vacation apartment on the 4th floor via a spacious staircase or a glass elevator. The apartment offers enough space for four people. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the pleasant morning sun on our covered balcony with a view of the sea. The cozy patio furniture invites you to relax and linger.
The bright, nautical-themed living room features a cozy couch with a chaise longue, an armchair, a large smart TV, a small stereo system, and a round dining table with four armchairs; all windows are equipped with pleated blinds.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an oven with a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a coffee maker, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a blender, a kitchen scale, and baking dishes.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV, blackout pleated blinds, and a closet. The master bedroom features a box-spring bed (180 x 200 m), and the second bedroom has two additional box-spring beds (90 x 200 m).
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, an electrically heated towel rack, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer.
The small guest restroom has an additional toilet and a small sink.
The hallway offers space for your shoes under a small bench, and there is enough room on the coat hooks for your jackets.
Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth in all rooms on cool days.
In the storage room, a washing machine and a dryer are available for our guests to use free of charge. That’s also where you’ll find space to store your luggage.

Our house in Stubnitz exudes its very own charm thanks to its proximity to the brick “Red Wall.” This is where the first section of the kilometer-long sandy beach—which stretches from Binz to Prora—ends, before continuing again beyond the “Rote Mauer.” Haus Stubnitz features a direct passage to the beach for our beachgoers, and for animal lovers, the path leads straight to the dog beach. Our agency, Prora.com,, is also located at the front of the building on the gable end, where we warmly welcome our vacationers.
