The views of the property were spectacular. the pictures online do not do justice! As mentioned property was very clean and comfortable every little detail in terms of daily use items were available and taken care of.This was a memorable stay for our family and would highly recommend the property.

We stayed at Villa Kokomo for our winter break (2/2/26 – 3/6/26). It was easy to get to, only about 20-25 minutes from the airport. The views are as described in the videos and photos posted on VRBO. Absolutely stunning!The Villa is a spacious 4 bedroom, with 3 of them having en-suite bathrooms. Perfect for 3 couples or a family with teenagers. Lots of space for all to spread out. This is a brand-new villa with all of the amenities you could need on an extended stay. Fully equipped kitchen (we ate in a couple of times and had everything we needed), including dishwasher, microwave, etc. The villa also has a washer & dryer for those of us who prefer to pack lightly. The patio is perfect for viewing the moon & the stars at night, and there is an infinity pool overlooking the harbor – absolutely amazing! Villa Kokomo is part of the Sugar Ridge community which is a gated community with 24/7 security, overlooking Jolly Harbor. Jolly Harbor is a vibrant little area with plenty of good restaurants (Fat Urchin, Al Porto, Sheer Rocks), grocery store, tennis & fitness club and shops. Also, several beaches close by to rent chairs, or bring your own. Our hosts provided 2 chairs so our favorite spot was Valley Church Beach – so I can say we “went to church” every day! Wow! The pictures truly don’t do the villa justice. The view, the second we walked in the front door, blew us away. Overlooking the crystal blue water, mountains and Jolly Harbour (even at night) was such a sight. We saw stunning sunsets and even two rainbows. Everything was new, clean and so comfortable. The pool and outdoor spaces were just as beautiful and comfortable as the rest of the villa. Enjoying a cup of coffee/tea out on the patio every morning was so relaxing. Kate and Phil were great hosts…very quick with communication and recommendations. The villa sits way high up on a hill and I would definitely recommend renting a car or hiring a driver for your time there. even though it is so close to everything in Jolly Harbour, it’s a tough hill for sure. My family and I had the best time! The only negative was that we only got to stay for 5 days. We will definitely be going back to Antigua and hopefully Villa Kokomo will be available. It was fabulous!
