It is just a two minute walk from the award winning blue flag sandy beach and the well regarded 19th Hole Bar and Restaurant. It is an ideal holiday base for couples and families alike to enjoy Elie & all that Fife has to offer, and has multiple awards. The cottage is all on the ground level and located down a short gravely path, so offers a nice quiet stay, suitable for all ages - access not suitable for wheelchairs. Dogs/pets welcome by arrangement. (Short term licence no. FI00035F, max occupancy is 5 people excluding children under 2 y/o).

The cottage is fully double-glazed (EPC C rating), has free wifi, and comprises open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with extendable dining room table & chairs and wood flooring. Also off the hallway is the bathroom with excellent shower. Laundry facilities are provided, with washer/dryer machine in the utility store, iron/board/hi-dri available and outdoor washing line. The property also has a travel cot and high-chair available on request.
