Great location and home. Minor issue with the washing machine, but the management company assisted and helped is out…we will stay again.

Most everything was great except the noise made by upstairs guests. Constant slamming the door when exiting and entering, kids running around upstairs causing loud thumping. Needs to be insulated better, or at the least to post a reminder to people staying upstairs to gently close doors. It was so loud that my husband and I both jumped each time they used the entrance doors. We came there for rest and got very little due to the activity by upstairs guests. We will never rent another Villa with 2 units. We will be sure of that.
