The house is very cute, and the communication with Evan was great. The shower is great, and the bed is comfortable. It is a very quiet neighborhood, which we always come to when we are in San Diego, easy to reach from everywhere with a car. It should be noted that there is one air conditioning in the living room, which works well, but only fans in the bedrooms, which fortunately is not a problem in June. The bedroom blinds do not supply complete darkness; it was not a problem for us as we got up early, however, if you are looking for darkened rooms, you should come prepared... The overall experience was very good. Thank you, Evan...

Everything was as it was presented on the site.

I rented this place for my BIL and his family that were visiting from out of state. The space is spacious but was missing some a major amenity that I must have overlooked in my haste to book (Washer & Dryer). The communication with the owner was pretty easy. There was some confusion with the garbage cans but we were able to figure it out. Overall the place worked for my family

Neighborhood was lovely — short walk to North Park. Easy to get around the city from there, by car or bus. House was very clean.
