The villa offers a capacity of 6 beds (2 double bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and possibility of a baby cot on request).
The property is guarded 24 hours a day by the caretaker who has his own studio at the back of the villa not overlooked with the swimming pool or the terrace, ultra secure land with anti intrusion alarm. The villa is also equipped with 3 fire extinguishers.

First floor: large living room - dining room with TV, DVD player, orange ADSL Wi-Fi, Canal Plus decoder (subscription not included), table for 6 people with 6 chairs, leather sofa with 2 leather armchairs, coffee table. You will also find some books in the TV cabinet.
