Staff was VERY friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. Location was less than a 3 minute walk to the Galleria Mall and way more affordable than other nearby hotels.
A major inconvenience was the elevator being out of service nearly my whole 3 night stay.
