Stayed with our kids nd grandkids and had a wonderful time. The property is well maintained and well appointed. Everyone wants to return next year. Thanks for the hospitality.

Seth was great to work with, and the house is great for elementary school age children.

The house was a great size for 18 people! The pool was really well kept and fun. The house was perfect for our family gathering with enough room for all of us at the dining room table. We completed a 1000 piece puzzle and moved onto a 2000 piece puzzle all completed in a few days. You might need extra bags of ice. The outdoor fireplace and fire pit are awesome! Walmart is about 12-15 minutes away if you need anything from town. Nice and remote so you won’t be bothered. Definitely would visit again!

Here's a polished, positive VRBO review you could post:Although we were unfortunately unable to stay at the property due to a widespread power outage affecting the area, I wanted to leave a review because the host handled the situation exceptionally well. From the moment they became aware of the issue, they were proactive, honest, and extremely responsive in their communication. They kept us informed with timely updates and were transparent about the circumstances, even when the news wasn't ideal. It was clear they genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to do the right thing. While we can't comment on the stay itself, we can absolutely speak to the host's integrity and professionalism. In a situation that was completely beyond anyone's control, they demonstrated excellent customer service and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We would not hesitate to book with this host again in the future.
