Excellent apartment.

Our family loved this apartment. Close to the ocean, bakeries, two grocery stores, public transit, it was great. We ate our meals outside on the balcony over looking the pool as it filled up for the season. We ate breakfast and a few dinners at the apartment, they had everything we needed to cook. Could have used a rail for the top bunk. The hosts were so nice. Lots of tips when we checked in. A great place to stay in Nice.

Location was excellent.
Host attention was very good.
Air Conditionning was very poor. We had to sleep without any cover and even though we sweated during the night.
The apartment had odor from spices.
The description about the amenities was not good regarding the Bathroom.
It only had 1 bathroom split in 2 different rooms: one with the shower and a sink y the other one with the toilet and a tiny sink.
