Enjoy your vacation in this 3-room vacation apartment, quietly located just over 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach-apartment, situated just over 1 km from the Baltic Sea beach. With 55 square meters of living space on the first floor, the apartment offers family-friendly amenities for up to 4 guests + 1 toddler.
The cozy living room features a TV (Samsung 4K Smart TV) for your entertainment, allowing you to stream Netflix while relaxing on the comfortable sofa. A small but well-curated beach library is also available.
The integrated open-concept kitchen is fully equipped. From the induction stove and oven to the coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and range hood, you’ll find excellent amenities for self-catering.
The interior bathroom features a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine for free use.
In the master bedroom, with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and a wardrobe, sleeping is a true pleasure.
The guest/children’s room features two single beds, each measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m, which are also suitable for adults.
The furnished south-facing balcony invites you to relax in comfortable lounge chairs with a drink and enjoy your vacation.

Special Features

For our younger guests, a high chair is available for free use in this non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

Bicycles

You may park bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented, etc., at the house; there is no storage shed available for guests here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towels can be booked separately.
Room service includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
