Amenities
The bright and modern 3-roomvacation apartment on the first floor offers approximately 70 square meters of living space and accommodates 4 guests plus a toddler. It spans two levels.
In the lower living area, on the first floor, you’ll find the interconnected living and dining areas. A dining nook integrated into the living area and a comfortable couch create a cozy atmosphere. The comfortable armchair invites you to relax. For entertainment, a satellite TV, radio, and a PS4 are also available here.
You can access the furnished south-facing balcony from the living room.
The kitchen is separate in this apartment. Standard household appliances (stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer) allow you to prepare your own meals without any restrictions.
The bathroom is also located on this floor and features a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. There is also a washing machine here, which is available to our guests free of charge. The window provides pleasant natural light and helps with ventilation, e.g., after showering.
A staircase leads from the apartment hallway to the attic.
On this second level, the attic, you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm / height 40 cm) and a closet. The guest/children’s room, featuring two single beds (each 90x200 cm / height 55 cm), a small sitting area, and a TV, is also located here in the attic.
The additional guest bathroom on this floor, which has a window, offers added comfort and helps make your daily routine more relaxing during your vacation.

Special Features

This first-floor apartment is accessed via a separate entrance on the gable end of the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is allowed only outside on the balcony. For our youngest guests, 2 travel cribs and 1 high chair are provided in the apartment free of charge.

Bicycles
There are bike racks at the building. You are welcome to lock your bicycles here.
In the common hallway between the ground-floor and upper-floor apartments, there is a fabric handcart that both parties are welcome to use free of charge as needed.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax – the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
