The bright 2-roomvacation apartment on the first floor offers approximately 40 square meters of living space for 2–3 guests, featuring modern furnishings that create a vacation atmosphere.
The centerpiece of the living area is the cozy couch, which can also accommodate one person for sleeping if needed (sleeping area 90x200 cm). A flat-screen satellite TV with a built-in DVD player is also available here. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a pleasant indoor atmosphere.
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen-diner, you can prepare all your meals and enjoy them in the cozy dining area.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. A flat-screen satellite TV is also available here for multimedia entertainment.
From here—just like from the living room—you have access to the furnished northeast-facing terrace, where you can relax while enjoying a view of the garden.

Special Features

This non-smoking vacation rental is ideal for couples and seniors. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Fly screens have been installed in the bedroom and living area.
During the fall and winter months, when the trees and shrubs are bare, enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea from the living room and the terrace.
Younger guests are welcome to use the on-site playground located on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” “Haus im Reet,” and “Haus am Haftbruch.”

Bicycles

There is a communal bike rack at the house.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
